Privacy Policy

wb-analytics is a private business analytics and automation system. This policy explains how its Google Drive and Google Sheets integration uses Google user data.

Data accessed

With the user’s authorization, wb-analytics can access Google Drive and Google Sheets files that the application creates or that the user explicitly uses with the application. The integration uses the limited Google Drive file scope and does not request unrestricted access to all Drive files.

How data is used

Access is used only for business automation: creating and managing business spreadsheets, COGS workbooks, WB and Ozon working files, generated reports, and operational files.

Storage and security

OAuth tokens and application credentials are stored securely in access-restricted runtime storage. Credentials and files for separate business groups are kept isolated and are not shared across groups.

Sharing and advertising

• Google user data is not sold.
• Google user data is not used for advertising.
• Google user data is not shared across business groups.

Revoking access

A user can revoke wb-analytics access at any time from the security settings of their Google Account. Revocation prevents future API access through the revoked authorization.
